Instructions for MDAccess: HML’s Physician Portal

MDAccess, HML’s Physician Portal, is a Web-based application that allows providers and their key staff members to view their final patient reports from HML quickly, efficiently, and securely anywhere you can access the Internet.

If you already have a WCHS Meditech “User Name” and “Password” you can use them to enter the MDAccess portal.  Go to our website at www.hagerstownmedlab.com and click on the link or go directly to the MDAccess. To enter, Input your WCHS Meditech “User Name” and “Password”.

If you don’t have a WCHS Meditech “User Name” and “Password”, complete a “Portal User Agreement” located in the Physician Portal Instructions section on our website and return it to Rich Griffith via fax to 301-665-4949 or via e-mail to griffitr@wchsys.org . A “Portal User” account will be set up for you. Please complete a separate agreement for each staff member who is requesting access.
